ABOUT PETER MAGUIRE
Peter Maguire is the Founder and Practice Leader of PosWork. He has worked in the field of people and culture in an extraordinarily broad range of roles and organisations for over 40 years. This includes time spent in executive roles in private and public sectors and as a lead consultant to hundreds of organisations with various employer and industry associations and boutique consulting practices.
In 2000, Peter established his own HR consulting practice Ridgeline HR which specialises in supporting SMBs in managing their people, their compliance obligations and their people capabilities and performance.
PosWork represents the next generation in Peter’s consulting journey as well as his passion for making BETTER WORKPLACES through the application of positive psychology and strengths based best practices.
